The Coastal Zone Management Authority and Institute (CZMAI) is the leading authority in the management and sustenance of Belize’s coastal resources. CZMAI works toward supporting the allocation, sustainable use and planned development of Belize’s coastal resources through increased knowledge and the building of alliances for the benefit of all Belizeans and the global community. The mission is accomplished through the efforts of several monitoring and research programs.
