Within Cap Cana, the most luxurious resort is unquestionably this all-suite boutique hotel with interior decor straight from the mid-century French Riviera. The glamorous interiors juxtapose French classicism with sleek modern accessories.

The spacious suites have a certain European elegance with Caribbean flair: chandeliers hang from high peaked wooden ceilings; curvaceous furnishings in shades of off-white are accented with a single candy-color theme. Note that no rooms are actually on the hotel’s small beach.

With its white Côte d’Azur–style buildings and Mediterranean restaurant, Eden Roc could easily be mistaken for a resort on the French Riviera. Look closer, however, and this is pure Caribbean: powdery white sand, lush jungle, and … villas and suites done up in tropical shades.
