Goslings Rum was founded by James Gosling in 1806. The company, known as Goslings Brothers Limited has been ran by eight generations of the Goslings Family since. The continue to blend and distribute various rums throughout Bermuda and internationally.
The flagship, Goslings Black Seal Rum, is the official rum of Bermuda and signature rum of the famous Dark n’ Stormy cocktail.

This rum was sold by the barrel until WW1, and villagers with empty jars would request the ‘old rum’. After the war, it was sold in champagne bottles and many then requested the ‘black seal’.
