Overview
More than rum, it is history. The name Pusser’s Rum was born out of The Royal Navy men receiving rum, hundreds of years ago, by the ship’s “Purser”, then renamed “Pusser”. Pusser’s Rum is blended in exact accordance with the Royal Navy specifications, the only rum in the world with this specialty.
Pussers is an all-natural rum containing organically grown sugar cane and no artificial colouring or flavourings in any of its expressions, unlike most rums. The sugar cane comes from the Demerara Valley, also known as the “Valley of Navy Rum”.
The rum is distilled in an old double wooden pot still, where the staves, over several years, have created delicious and unique flavouring compounds, providing a deep taste, which commercial rums cannot compare. It is called “Navy Rum” for this reason, distilled for the Admiralty.

Pusser’s Rum has won a considerable amount of awards over several years. In 2021 alone they acquired over eight awards. in 2019 they received the award for the ‘World’s Best Pot and Column Still Rum’ at the 2019 World Rum Awards.
