One of the most well-known local chocolate/cocoa brands in Trinidad and Tobago, Cocobel Chocolate’s product are all handmade and curated from Trinitario Cacao. Cocobel Chocolate’s are beautiful artisanal creations of Isabel Brash. She is a chocolatier whose vision is for Trinidad’s fine flavour cocoa to be enjoyed in every form on the island.
